The Grant Manager oversees the entire grant process from application to reporting, researching potential project opportunities, and managing relationships with grantees and partners. They establish grant systems, review proposals, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with requirements. The role involves preparing reports for Management and Board, collaborating with internal teams to develop grants programmes aligned with programme goals, and building enduring relationships with local communities, and relevant stakeholders. Additionally, the Grant Manager encourages strategic support for community engagement scaling, monitors performance against plans and funding agreements, handles grantee queries, ensure delivery meets high-quality standards and agreed indicators of success. Requirement: 5 - 8 years of grant management experience Qualifications Grant Administration and Program Management skills Strong analytical abilities to manage and track grant data Excellent proposal writing and communication skills Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in a relevant field Experience in grant or project management related field Knowledge of government grant programs is a plus Ability to manage competing deadlines and work under pressure Relevant experience in project management, policy analysis, or public administration would be beneficial for this position.
