We are a fast-growing retail-tech startup driving online-to-offline sales through creative digital marketing and in-store engagement. We move fast, and we are looking for a

Graphic and Motion Designer (AI-Enabled)

who can design, animate, and optimize visuals with minimal turnaround time. If you are fluent in AI design tools and can take initiative in planning, testing, and improving creative concepts, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Produce ad creatives, product visuals, and in-store motion content using both traditional and AI design tools. Use tools such as but not limited to, Midjourney, Leonardo, Runway ML, Pika Labs, CapCut AI, Nano Banana and Photoshop/Illustrator to create static and motion content. Rapidly storyboard ideas with stakeholders, turning campaign concepts into clear visual directions before production. Plan and run A/B creative tests to identify what performs best across platforms. Manage multiple creative variations and iterate quickly based on campaign results. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align visuals with campaign goals and timelines. Keep up to date with AI creative workflows and ad performance trends to improve quality and speed.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in digital and motion design. Fluency in AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Pika, or Leonardo. Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma. Ability to storyboard quickly and communicate ideas clearly with non-design stakeholders. Experience planning and executing A/B or multivariate creative tests. Fluent in Malay and English, with strong communication skills. Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment focused on results.
