Job Description

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Videography, Web or related field
• Experience in Multimedia Design, Video Editing, Graphic Design, or similar roles
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator), WordPress, Wix, Canva, CapCut (\xe5\x89\xaa\xe6\x98\xa0), or similar tools
• Experience in creating posts for various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu (\xe5\xb0\x8f\xe7\xba\xa2\xe4\xb9\xa6), TikTok, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and websites
• Strong videography and photography skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management abilities
• Interest in UI/UX design

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing slideshows and infographics by organizing complex information and data
• Design event materials such as posters, flyers, buntings, backdrops, etc.
• Generate and manage monthly social media and digital content across various platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu (\xe5\xb0\x8f\xe7\xba\xa2\xe4\xb9\xa6), TikTok, YouTube and the company website
• Manage video planning, filming, editing, and audio editing tasks
• Maintain the company website and create event websites by using Wix, Wordpress or similar tools
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and design styles to continuously optimize the company\'s content strategy
• Coordinate deliverables with stakeholders and manage projects effectively
• Travel as required for video and photo shoots at company events
