We are looking for a talented and creative

Design & Marketing Executive

to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our social media content, designing marketing materials, and supporting overall promotional activities for our company - a leader in event and canopy rental services.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily social media postings (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Design marketing tools such as flyers, brochures, banners, labels, name tags, buntings, etc. Coordinate marketing campaigns and event promotions with internal departments Take and edit event/product photos/videos for use in marketing content Monitor social media trends and propose creative improvements Maintain brand consistency across all materials

Requirements:

Preferably Mandarin-speaking candidate

(to liaise with clients and internal team). Independent, creative, and able to meet deadlines Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Design marketing collaterals such as posters, brochures, banners, and social media content. Create visuals using

Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop (PS), After Effects (AE), Canva

and other design-related applications. Assist the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns (online & offline). Support event layout planning (knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage). Ensure brand consistency across all design and marketing materials.

Working Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Off Days:

2 days weekly (Friday & Saturday OR Saturday & Sunday, alternate basis
