Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our Product Design Team. This role will support the team's efforts in expanding and enhancing our design template library across various initiatives, helping ensure we deliver consistent, high-quality, and scalable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the maintenance and development of Design Services templates to support our business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

2. Support the creation of New Product Design templates, with a focus on Photobook layouts across multiple categories such as travel, family, baby & kids, etc.

3. Contribute to the design of Moments Express templates, delivering quick-turn, high-impact visuals aligned with fast-paced campaign needs.

4. Apply strong visual design principles--including layout, color theory, typography, and packaging--across various design outputs.

5. Collaborate closely with the design team (buddy) and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency, usability, and brand alignment.

6. Organize and prepare design files for production and internal sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline.

2. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

3. Solid foundation in layout design, color theory, typography, and packaging.

4. Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense and a drive for quality.

5. Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. A portfolio showcasing relevant design work during studies (especially layout or template-based projects) is highly desirable.
