• Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in arts, graphic design, multimedia, or equivalent field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent design software.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Several years of relevant working experience in graphic design, with demonstrated expertise in managing design projects and teams.
• Familiarity with print production processes, including pre-press preparation and quality assurance.
• Willingness to be based in Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur area.

Tanggungjawab

• Lead and supervise a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the design process.
• Strategize and plan the creation of graphics materials, layout designs, and printed products to meet organizational objectives.
• Oversee the development of souvenirs, merchandise, posters, digital banners, and presentations for various events and initiatives.
• Monitor the preparation of layouts for printing, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines for the implementation of orders and conduct quality control checks on printed products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in graphic design to continually enhance the team\'s capabilities and output.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation, teamwork, and professional growth within the design team.
