Job Description

JOB PURPOSE :The Graphics Design Manager (Email Design Manager) will oversee the production and layout of artwork and platemaking, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments to meet project and client specifications.Additionally, they will lead and manage the graphic design team, ensuring that goals are met and deadlines are adhered to.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Setting up and managing email campaigns.
• Designing and arranging graphics within Klaviyo.
• Managing relationships with high-level clients.
• Performing daily quality checks on the work of direct reports.
• Collaborating with Marketing Executives to ensure seamless workflow transitions for the team.
• Collecting data for team development and performance evaluation.
• Conducting bi-monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions with other managers during Creatives CORE meetings.

• A Bachelor\'s Degree in Multimedia Arts or a related field is required.
• At least 2 years of solid experience in managing people or teams.
• More than 4 years of graphic design experience.
• Must have experience in a fast-paced agency environment, such as a digital marketing agency, lifecycle agency, or email marketing agency.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is essential.
• Experience in designing for email/SMS campaigns is optional.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are necessary.
• Ability to quickly learn new software.
• Must be a proactive self-starter who continually seeks to enhance performance.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills are essential.
• Must be a good team player, as collaboration with the execution team is required.
