Plan and edit high-quality video/floor plan content
Work with marketing team and regularly measure the results to apply data-driven insights to content strategies
Creation of daily design, social media post, videos, infographics and other design related work
Ensure that all content adheres to brand and communication standards and are written in consistent way based on the requirements
Prepare design drafts, present ideas and make necessary revisions in a timely manner to meet the community team\xe2\x80\x99s social media posting schedule
Work in line with the company and business unit marketing goals
To stay updated with the team members to create design work that aligns with brand positioning and marketing needs
To perform other duties assigned by management from time to time
Design and create eye - catching graphics, illustrations, icons and infographics for social media posts and other digital channels
Maintain brand consistency and ensure that all designs align with the brand visual guidelines
Job Requirements:
Possess relevant working experience in skincare/beauty industry
Proven minimum 2 years of experience in an agency or an in-house creative team
Fluent in English & Malay, both oral and written
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Graphic Designer or related discipline
Experience handling beauty brand promotion or having a broad knowledge of beauty or skincare products is preferred
Have strong skills with graphic design skills and social media content creation
An ability to think strategically to produce innovative and original ideas
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
Outstanding communication skills
Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
Able to join within short notice period
