About the role As a Graphic Design Senior Associate, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and visually communicating the value of our skill transformation products/programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling materials. Your key responsibilities Collaborate with the Growth team to refine and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints Design visually appealing and engaging marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website assets, presentations, and printed collateral Work closely with the Growth and Sales teams to develop graphics for various campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging and objectives Create compelling visuals that effectively communicate complex concepts and showcase the transformative impact of our skill development products/programs Stay abreast of industry trends and design best practices, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table to elevate our visual presence Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified and cohesive visual representation of our brand Welcome and incorporate constructive feedback to refine and improve design work, maintaining a commitment to continuous improvement The ideal candidate Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a startup or tech-focused environment Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a keen sense of visual storytelling
