We are looking for a creative print designer to ideate and execute print designs. This role\'s main focus is to increase ShopBack\'s brand awareness and helps customers earn cashback in the offline world. As a creative print designer, you will collaborate with the creative team and the local marketing team to create graphic design mockups and final artworks and oversee the final printing process.

You should have a good understanding of colour calibration and technical printing standards. A keen eye for detail and the ability to create designs for a variety of printed mediums.

This role will be supporting the Australia Market.

Responsibilities

  • Create and design digital onsite and social assets
  • Select colors, images, text style, and layouts
  • Adhere and maintain a cohesive and consistent under the brand guidelines (brand voice, tone and brand experience)
  • Complete projects according to deadline
  • Retouch and manipulate images (when necessary)
  • Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media (from static to gif)
  • Collaborate with the Senior Creative Manager and communicating with local Marketing Team to develop design concepts in line with campaign and determine the scope of a project
  • Advise marketing collaborators on design strategies to reach a particular target audience
  • Determine the message the design should portray
  • Provide and receive feedback to and from the Senior Creative Manager, make necessary changes when needed
  • Review designs for errors before publishing
  • Aware of current design and marketing trends when it comes to visual communication
Requirements
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry
  • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Art/Design/Multimedia/Visual Communication or equivalent
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Software (e.g. XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) Knowledge in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of both digital and offline design as well
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Able to manage multiple design projects and work independently within tight deadlines and can adapt well in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, disciplined, hardworking, meticulous, detail-oriented, high dedication and care for the business
