The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing high-quality packaging designs, 3D visualizations, and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. This role supports brand consistency, product storytelling, and effective visual communication across online and offline touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Packaging Design
Design and develop product packaging and labels for new launches and existing product enhancements
Translate brand strategy, product positioning, and regulatory requirements into effective packaging visuals
Prepare print-ready artworks in compliance with production and supplier specifications
Support revisions, updates, and localization of packaging designs when required
2. 3D Design & Visualization
Produce 3D mock-ups and product renderings for packaging, bottles, boxes, and promotional visuals
Create realistic visuals for presentations, marketing campaigns, e-commerce, and internal approvals
Support campaign concept visualization through 3D assets when required
3. Marketing & Campaign Materials
Design visual assets for:
o Campaign key visuals
o Posters, bunting, banners, brochures, leaflets, wobblers
o Event visuals and brand collaterals
o Digital assets for social media, websites, and presentations
Ensure all designs are aligned with approved brand guidelines and creative direction
4. Brand Consistency & Quality Control
Maintain consistent use of brand elements across all materials
Ensure accuracy in layouts, typography, color, and imagery
Conduct basic checks to ensure designs meet internal standards before submission
5. Collaboration & Workflow
Work closely with the HoS - Creative Production, content, marketing, branding, sales and product teams
Support creative briefs and timelines as assigned
Participate in creative discussions and improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience with 3D design software (3DBlender, Autodesk Maya)
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
Strong understanding of print production requirements
Good layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
Soft Skills
Attention to detail
Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
Open to feedback and revisions
Team-oriented with clear communication skills
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
2-4 years' experience in graphic design (packaging experience is an advantage)
Experience in FMCG, health, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus
