Job Description

The Position:

The Graphic Designer will report directly to Asst. Manager or Manager of the Admissions & Marketing Department.

The role will primarily be focused on supporting the branding, advertising, marketing, and promotional efforts of the school. The main goal of the team is to improve brand awareness as well as increase student recruitment for the school for both local and international markets via driving in new leads.

This position typically works Monday through Friday, with weekend and evenings as needed. Successful candidates must attend all major school events or department activities.

Job Requirements:

High competency in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premium Pro, and other Graphic editing software. Familiar with latest multimedia, digital marketing, and social media platform such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram etc Able to meet deadlines and ensure projects are completed on time. Ability to work independently as well as part of the team. Organized, reliable, punctual, accurate and detailed oriented. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Ability to work weekend and evening hours when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Create powerful marketing material Be able to ideate, plan, shoot and edit graphics in a timely manner. Design, develop and execute marketing asset/multimedia content for websites, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, site banners, product visuals, etc. Conduct research / explore new ways from time to time to formulate creative videos/photo ideas or contents for marketing campaign / goals. Manage administrative work related to the job

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
