Job Summary



The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs that align with the company's branding and marketing goals. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver quality work within tight deadlines. The designer will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and management teams to produce digital and print materials for campaigns, events, and product promotions.

Key Responsibilities



1. Design Output & Timeliness



Deliver all assigned materials (banners, posters, social media visuals, videos, etc.) on or before the deadline. Prioritize multiple design projects efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency.

2. Design Quality & Creativity



Produce high-quality, on-brand, and creative visuals that align with company and client expectations. Continuously explore new design trends and techniques to enhance visual impact.

3. Revisions & Responsiveness



Respond promptly to feedback and complete revisions within 24 hours where applicable. Ensure all changes are accurate and reflect feedback clearly.

4. Copywriting Accuracy



Ensure all visual materials are free from spelling, grammar, or factual errors. Work closely with marketing to align visuals with messaging and tone.

5. Event & Showroom Materials



Design and prepare materials such as buntings, posters, signage, and displays for showroom or event use. Coordinate with vendors and teams to ensure timely printing and setup.

6. Team Collaboration, Attendance & Attitude



Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude when working with cross-functional teams. Participate actively in team discussions and support campaign objectives.

7. File Management



Organize, name, and store all artwork and source files systematically. Maintain backup copies and ensure all materials are accessible to authorized users.

8. Brand Compliance



Ensure visuals strictly follow brand guidelines (e.g., Proton, Ford, GWM, and corporate identity). Uphold consistency across all media platforms.

Requirements



Education:

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Skills:

Strong visual, layout, and typography skills. Excellent time management and communication abilities. Knowledge of printing processes and digital marketing is an added advantage.

Technical Skills



Design Software:

Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Digital Design:

Social media content, web banners, UI mockups, UI web design.

Print Design:

Flyers, brochures, business cards, backdrops, signboards, and other marketing materials.

Photo Editing & Retouching:

Color correction, background removal, composition.

Typography & Layout:

Knowledge of font pairing, spacing, hierarchy, and readability.

File Preparation:

Understanding of printer requirements (bleed and crop marks, export formats).

Optional (Advanced) Skills



Motion Graphics:

Adobe After Effects.

Web Design:

Basic UI using WordPress or Webflow.

Brand Strategy:

Understanding of marketing and brand positioning.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
