Job Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and versatile individual to join our team as a Graphic
Designer cum Photographer. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing
visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, as well as capturing high-quality
photographs to support our marketing and branding efforts.Key Responsibilities:1. Graphic Design:

• Create captivating designs for marketing materials, including but not limited to

brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and advertisements. * Develop visually appealing layouts and graphics that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute design concepts that resonate with target audiences.
• Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards

2. Photography: * Capture high-quality images that effectively showcase products, events, and brand initiatives.

• Utilize various photography techniques and equipment to achieve desired outcomes.
• Edit and retouch photos to enhance their visual appeal and maintain brand consistency.
• Organize and maintain a digital library of photos for easy accessibility by team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography to continually enhance skills and techniques.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members, including Marketing Communications, E-

Commerce, to ensure cohesive and integrated design and photography solutions. * Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive projects forward.

• Adapt to feedback and make revisions to designs and photographs as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design and photography, with a portfolio showcasing creative and professional work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign) and familiarity with photography editing tools.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Photography skills, including composition, lighting, and post-processing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and business needs.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, photography, visual arts, or a related field.
