- Candidate must be fluent in communicate and understand Mandarin.
- Knowledge skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Edit Video and Adobe Premier Pro on PC
- Good communication skills, responsible, self-discipline & good time management.
- Able to work immediately would be added advantage.
- Relevant experience in real estate would be added advantage.
- Should have good knowledge and understanding of various multimedia platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, XHS and etc
- Assist team in Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.
- Assist team in planning and implementing creative marketing ideas to enhance brand awareness.
- Assist team in copywriting & content creating.
- Create an email for company staff and negotiators.
- Set up physical training and event (PA system)
- Assist negotiator in Ctos search.
- Assist team in CiD website update.
