Position: Social Media Specialist/Creative/Graphic DesignerOverview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team, focusing on graphic design, content creation, and social media management to promote our dental practice and clear aligners and drive patient acquisition.Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design & Visual Identity:

• Design on-brand promotional materials (brochures, ads, etc.).
• Maintain a library of visual assets.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with the brand\xe2\x80\x99s image.
• Content Creation & Collaboration:

• Develop high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos).
• Collaborate with agencies on content strategies.
• Contribute to photography, videography, and design efforts.
• Social Media Management:

• Manage and optimize social media accounts for consistent branding.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor content for maximum engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Lead Generation & Patient Acquisition:

• Implement social media strategies to attract and convert leads.
• Collaborate with agencies on targeted advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign results for optimization.
• Sales & Promotions:

• Create content to promote dental services and special offers.
• Run contests/giveaways to boost engagement.
• Track and analyze sales campaign effectiveness.
• SEO & Analytics:

• Work with the SEO consultant to improve search rankings.
• Use analytics to measure and optimize content performance.
• Community Management:

• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages.
• Manage the practice\xe2\x80\x99s online reputation.
• Align efforts with the community management team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in graphic design, content creation, and social media management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PMApplication Process:
