Job Purpose
The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual designs that effectively communicate the company's brand identity and support marketing initiatives. This role involves creating a wide range of design materials for digital and print platforms, collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver impactful visual content.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Design & Execution
- Develop and produce engaging designs for marketing campaigns, product packaging, social media, website, advertising materials, and other brand assets.
- Ensure all creative output is aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and visual identity.
- Adapt designs across various platforms (digital, print, large format, etc.) with attention to quality and details.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
2. Concept Development
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and translate them into creative concepts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
- Prepare mock-ups, storyboards, and drafts to present concepts for approval.
3. Brand & Visual Identity
- Ensure that all visual communications reflect the company's brand positioning and identity.
- Support the development and evolution of brand guidelines as needed.
- Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and media libraries.
4. Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to deliver design requirements.
- Support content creation for events, campaigns, presentations, and product launches.
- Provide creative input to improve visual strategies and user experience.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or in-house creative team.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or motion graphics is an advantage.
Understanding of print production processes and digital media requirements.
- Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
