Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and impactful designs that communicate the company's brand message across various platforms. This includes digital, print, and social media materials, ensuring all creative work aligns with the company's identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design marketing materials including posters, banners, brochures, social media content, and advertisements. Create brand-consistent visuals for campaigns, events, and product launches. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into engaging designs. Design and update visual assets for websites, newsletters, and digital platforms. Prepare artwork and layouts for print and online publishing. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels. Stay up to date with design trends, software updates, and creative techniques. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills. Attention to detail and excellent sense of aesthetics, layout, and typography. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience in photography or photo editing. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Familiar with social media content strategy and marketing campaigns.
