Requirements
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Visual Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for visualizing event setups, producing layout and decoration concepts based on client requirements, and transforming ideas into visual presentation materials for internal execution and client approval.
Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Bonus if you know 3D software, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or ?? (CapCut)
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or any related field
• Experience in visual merchandising is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Strong sense of aesthetics, proportion, layout, and event ambiance
• Passionate about design, layout and social media aesthetics
• Sharp eye for creativity, ability to turn abstract ideas into visually compelling concepts
• Problem-solving mindset, flexible thinking and willingness to learn
• Strong time management and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Create event visual drawings and concept sketches based on client requirements
• Visualize decoration setups including backdrops, table arrangements, photo booths, floral elements, props and space layout
• Assist the sales team by turning client discussions and briefs into clear, presentable visual concepts
• Ensure that the design aligns with the client's theme, budget and venue constraints
• Research and incorporate current design trends to enhance the overall quality and creativity of event visuals
• Maintain organized files and version control of visual materials for each project
