Job Description

Salary: MYR 2,600 - MYR 5,000 Per Month

Location: George Town, Pulau Pinang

Requirements:

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of 3D software, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is a bonus.

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or any related field.

Experience in visual merchandising is an added advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

Strong sense of aesthetics, proportions, layout, and event ambiance.

Knowledgeable about design layout and current aesthetics.

Sharp eye for creativity, ability to turn abstract ideas into visually compelling concepts.

Problem-solving mindset, flexible thinking, and willingness to learn.

Strong time management and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Create event visual drawings and concept sketches based on client requirements.

Visualize decorative setups including backdrops, table arrangements, photo booths, floral elements, props, and space layout.

Assist the sales team by turning client discussions and briefs into presentable visual concepts.

Ensure that designs align with the client's theme, budget, and venue constraints.

Research and incorporate current design trends to enhance the overall quality and creativity of event visuals.

Maintain organized files and version control of visual materials for each project.
