Role Overview

As a

Graphic Designer

in the Marketing Department, you'll be the creative force that brings our brand to life across digital and print platforms. You'll design visually compelling assets, craft user-friendly web interfaces, and explore innovative ways to integrate AI tools into your creative process. This role blends creativity, technical proficiency, and collaboration to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and impactful visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites and digital experiences. Create engaging visuals for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and print materials. Leverage AI tools to enhance design creativity, efficiency, and innovation. Translate marketing goals and messages into compelling creative concepts. Collaborate with the marketing team to bring ideas from concept to execution while maintaining brand consistency. Balance adherence to brand guidelines with the exploration of fresh, bold design directions. Stay up to date with current design trends, technologies, and tools to continuously elevate creative output.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in

Website Design

,

Multimedia Design

,

Graphic Design

, or a related field. Minimum

2 years of experience

in design or creative roles (experience in tech or digital industries is a plus). Strong knowledge of

HTML

and

CSS

. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and

Figma

(or equivalent design tools). Familiarity with

React

or basic React coding skills is a strong advantage. Excellent understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Creative, collaborative, and open-minded, with a passion for exploring new tools and methodologies.
