Job Description

Assist the Marketing Manager in designing and producing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, buntings, signage, and advertisements.

Develop visual layouts and artwork for property project marketing and corporate branding purposes. Prepare and finalize design files for printing, ensuring accuracy in size, colour, and layout specifications. Coordinate with printers, advertising vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery. Maintain proper documentation and archive of all artwork, design drafts, and approved materials. Ensure all design works comply with the company's branding guidelines and project identity standards.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent field. Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the property development or construction industry. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software. Strong attention to detail with good sense of layout, typography, and visual balance. Able to manage multiple design tasks and meet tight deadlines. Creative, responsible, and able to work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver quality designs.

Strictly Mandarin-speaking candidates are required, as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking client.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
