Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is a plus).
• Proficient in design, SEO, and e-commerce platforms.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Independent worker with own transport.
• Must be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create content for social media platforms (XHS, FB, IG, TikTok, Google).
• Design marketing materials using Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Run and optimize ad campaigns on XHS, Google Ads, FB, and TikTok.
• Improve SEO and update property listings.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports.
