We are actively seeking a creative and collaborative individual with strong teamwork skills and a positive working attitude to join our dynamic team! Key Responsibilities: a. Plan design concepts by studying relevant information and materials. b. Illustrate design concepts by creating examples of art arrangement, size, type, and style. c. Submit design samples for approval and incorporate feedback. d. Prepare finished art using necessary equipment and graphic design software. e. Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing teams, printers, and colleagues as necessary. f. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements for layout and design. g. Present and discuss design concepts, incorporating client feedback to achieve desired outcomes. h. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed. i. Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites using software such as Photoshop. j. Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary. k. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines. Requirements: a. Possess at least a diploma in graphic design or a related field with 1-3 years of relevant working experience. b. Fresh graduates with a diploma in graphic design are welcome to apply. c. Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong and diverse portfolio. d. Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, including Photoshop. e. Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools and design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver. f. Video editing skills are an added value. g. Possess an eye for creativity and a strong eye for visual composition. h. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. i. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure. j. Able to give and receive constructive criticism. k. Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include banners, signage, newsletters, flyers, social media posts, printed media, and marketing materials.
