Job Description

Job Responsibility Support and participate in Quality, Health and Environmental (QHSE) activities to ensure company s QHSE objectives and targets are met. Prepare architectural design proposal project for Concept, Schematic, and Detailed Design. Develop design using Client standard design handbook where possible and adhere to codes and standards used for Quantity Surveyors to develop cost estimates. Address any issues related to design throughout the project lifecycle that could arise due (but not limited) to: change in customer requirement. Review architectural design from external Consultants or Contractor (office buildings, technical office, store, warehousing facilities, staff quarters, resort, academic / training buildings, renovation / upgrading / refurbishment / restoration of the existing building n etc). Job Requirements Minimum in Degree of Architectural Courses with 1 year of working experience as an Architect.
