• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree (Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Advertising / Media or equivalent).
• At least 2-3 years working experience.
• Strong Editing/Graphic Design skills is a MUST.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence to clients and viewers.
• Proficient in English/Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
• Able to work independently and travel.
• The ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity well. You can make decisive calls without enough information, with the ability to create things from scratch and operate in an ambiguous environment.
• Resourceful in seeking and analyzing market trends identifying potential opportunities and threats to current and future product offering.
• Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing factors, priorities, and deadlines.
• Able to demonstrate a previous track record of success growing social media channels, as well as a strong portfolio in design work.
• Prior experience with live streaming and product presentation is an added advantage.
• Prior experience with the automotive market (Both local and overseas vehicles) is an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

• Day-to-day social media management inclusive of creating & publishing content on our social media channels, monitoring & responding to comments and messages, Ensure social media pages are up to date, and reporting of all social media activities for the month.
• Copy Writing.
• Create image graphics for all static media production.
• Explore new functions of social media and propose new ideas to be executed.
• Monitor competitor's Social Media activities, results and provide adequate analysis.
• Work with all levels of personnel of the company in content creating, jumpstart creative ideas and ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Define most important social media KPIs.
• Strategize & develop a content strategy that is relevant, compelling and engaging to target audience and to be marketed via multiple platforms including digital and offline.
• Help plan the editorial calendar and develop/produce/write content such as pictures, video, infomercial, etc that is consistent with our brand, voice, style and tone.
