Responsibilities:



Key Responsibilities:1. Design and Create Visual Content

Develop high-quality visuals for both digital and print formats, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, product packaging, email campaigns, and website assets.

2. Create Engaging Digital and Social Media Graphics



Design eye-catching, brand-aligned graphics for social media platforms, online ads, blogs, and other digital channels. Contribute to creative direction for campaigns that drive engagement and awareness in the wellness space.

3. Collaborate Across Teams



Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to develop visuals that support business goals and maintain visual consistency across all channels. Participate in team brainstorming sessions to provide creative input and suggestions.

4. Maintain Brand Consistency



Ensure all designs strictly follow the company's brand guidelines, tone, and voice. Help evolve and refine the brand's visual identity as needed, especially in response to market or trend changes in the wellness industry.

5. Manage and Organize Digital Assets



Build and maintain a well-organized library of design files, assets, templates, stock images, and branding materials for easy access by the team.

6. Revise and Improve Designs Based on Feedback



Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design revisions in a timely and constructive manner. Be proactive in offering improvements and alternative creative options when appropriate.

7. Support Marketing and Administrative Initiatives



Assist with the design of promotional materials such as newsletters, event banners, product launch presentations, and internal communications. Support the marketing team in developing cohesive campaign visuals from concept to execution.

8. Ensure Timely Delivery of Projects



Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all deliverables.

9. Provide Design Support to Other Departments



Collaborate with departments such as HR, operations, or events to provide creative support for internal communications, training materials, or branded event collateral.

10. Maintain a Clean and Organized Workflow



Keep your design files, project folders, and workspace organized to ensure seamless workflow and collaboration with other team members.

11. Stay Current with Industry Trends



Continuously expand your knowledge of current design trends, wellness aesthetics, digital platforms, and software tools. Bring fresh ideas and a modern approach to the team's creative output. Translate wellness concepts into visually engaging graphics that resonate with the target audience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
