Requirements

• Candidates must posses a Diploma, Advance/Higher Graduate Art/Design /Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent
• Required Languages - Bahasa Malaysia, English, & Mandarin; Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with associates)
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong ability to demonstrate creative and strong ideas and concepts for branding and marketing
• Solid Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities lead creative lifestyles and constantly up for a challenge
• Applicant with experience in 4 As company would be an advantage
• Able to start work on short notice
• Preferably candidates specializing in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent
• Candidates with experience in Properties would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas, work with team leader to produce final design
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on brand
• Responsible for design adaptations, to production artwork builds in accordance to client's specifications
• Ability to interpret concept and / or brand guidelines through to artwork execution
• Producing high quality adaptive design artworks that meets or exceed global industry standards, Ensures accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality artwork by effectively using industry standard software tools and print techniques
• Ensure brand and design consistency across client initiatives
• Support the team to fulfill client briefs by providing creative solutions.
• Reviewing all adaptive design/artworks with design team
• Contribute to process improvement on a regular basis
