Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute corporate branding materials including including POSM such as posters, brochures, presentation decks, event backdrops, and corporate merchandise or gifting designs. Design corporate identity materials such as name cards, lanyards, folders, and other office or event stationery. Design creative assets for B2B events such as IPO seminars, networking sessions, and investor conferences. Produce visuals for digital and print channels, including website, social media, newsletters, advertisements, and corporate communication. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and a high standard of visual quality. Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and deliver design solutions aligned with campaign objectives and brand direction. Provide ad-hoc creative support for marketing or business initiatives as needed. Stay current with design and corporate branding trends, continuously improving quality and creativity. Remain open to feedback and demonstrate adaptability in refining creative outcomes.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or creative roles. Candidates with prior experience in B2B or investment-related industries will be given preference. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and AI-powered design tools; basic video editing or motion design skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut) are an advantage. Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, and brand storytelling, with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful visual communication. Possess a strong business mindset, analytical thinking, and a keen interest in corporate branding and B2B marketing. Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage. Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and remain open to feedback.
