Job Description

Design & Visual Creation

Design high-quality marketing assets for Meta Ads, TikTok, Shopify, Shopee, email campaigns, and product launches. Develop visually appealing layouts, typography, and color compositions aligned with HiBlendr's brand identity. Create eye-catching thumbnails, banners, packaging, and social content that attract clicks and sales. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while constantly innovating with fresh design directions.

Creative Concepting & Collaboration

Translate creative briefs into stunning, scroll-stopping visuals that tell a story. Collaborate with the Creative Strategist, Videographer, and Growth team to produce performance-driven creatives. Contribute ideas for campaigns, visuals, and storytelling angles based on data and trends.

Optimization & Innovation

Study and analyze top-performing ads to iterate and improve creative results. Keep up with design trends, pop culture, and digital marketing aesthetics -- especially on TikTok and Meta. Experiment with motion graphics, 3D, or interactive visuals (if skilled/interested).

Requirements

Must-Have:

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field. 1-3 years of design experience (in-house or agency). Strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, and impactful design work. Proficient in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

Canva

(Figma or After Effects is a plus). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
