Requirements

• diploma/degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
• minimum 1-2 years experience in graphic design (retail / vm experience is an added advantage)
• proficient in adobe illustrator, photoshop, indesign (3D software is a plus)
• strong creativity and eye for details, layouts, and color
• able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn
• passionate about retail visual merchandising and design trends

Responsibilities

• create visual merchandising design concepts for retail stores
• develop window display layouts, in-store visuals, signage, and promotional materials
• design digital and print artwork (posters, bunting, POP, display cards)
• collaborate with the vm team to translate brand direction into visual ideas
• assist in planning store seasonal themes, product presentation, and visual display guidelines
• ensure all visuals are consistent with brand identity and marketing campaigns
• work closely with the marketing and retail operations team on design needs
• coordinate with vendors / printers to ensure accurate production of materials
• support ad-hoc design tasks and visual merchandising projects
• ensure timely delivery of all artwork and visual materials
