Job Description

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

Develop all creative assets: menus, posters, signage, packaging, stickers, and campaign materials Design visuals for social media, ads, website banners, and in-store promotional materials Ensure brand identity consistency across all design outputs Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors as needed

Photography & Videography

Plan and execute product shoots for food, beverages, and in-store moments Style products to match Slim Chickens' visual direction Edit photos/videos for social media, including Reels, TikToks, and promotional visuals

Social Media Content Creation

Ideate and create daily/weekly visual content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Support caption writing, photo selection, and posting schedules Work closely with Marketing Manager to align visuals with campaign goals

Brand & Creative Development

Assist in developing the brand's visual direction, tone, and identity Explore fresh, trending design styles suitable for F&B/lifestyle audiences Ensure all creative outputs match the brand's aesthetic

Collaboration

Work with the Marketing Manager & Motion Designer to bring ideas to life Coordinate with Operations & HSQA teams for product shoots and menu updates Support influencer, partnership, and promotional content when needed

Requirements:

1-3 years experience in graphic design or creative content (F&B/lifestyle preferred) Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva (Figma is a plus) Strong photography and basic videography skills Able to edit videos for Reels/TikTok Strong sense of art direction, layout, color & typography Organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines Willing to work on-site for shoots/content days
