JOB DESCRIPTION

Work closely with the Social Media Content Creator to assist in various projects, including: web digital graphics, marketing material, branding materials, and infographics. Support the team and create graphics year-round for all of the online content across our social media platforms, website & web shop campaign. Create website and manage the site to keep the contents are up to date and trend. Ensure all collaterals are compliant with our brand architecture guidelines. Able to lead and inspired the team with creative ideas. Develop on-time engaging and creative content and print materials for company marketing projects (product packaging, promotional posters, banners, digital marketing artwork, e-commerce advertisement, website content, and social media platforms). Conceptualize and execute graphic design projects that effectively communicate and enhance the corporate branding Monitor and ensure projects are delivered according to expected quality and standards and timeline Coordinate with internal team to align brand identity on design and creation of visual content Involve in brainstorming to propose ideas for marketing and advertising campaigns. Support all other marketing activities when required. Design graphics and animations for video, motion graphics, websites, apps, trade shows, and marketing promotions. Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and production teams to ensure high-quality execution of design deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.

3-5 years of work experience in design or similar industry.

Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context. Good IT and programming skills is a plus.

Strong typography skills; Strong understanding and experience with interactive media.

Proven competence in utilizing Photoshop, Illustrator, and various design software platforms a plus.

Adapt with all forms of website and social media platforms. (eg. printing, pre-press, paper materials, Facebook and Instagram, coding of website, email marketing and print development.

An understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment

Good written and verbal communication skills

Good time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed. Primarily based in Puncak Alam, but must be open to working outstation as needed by business requirements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
