Company overview We are partnering with an IT Company that is a convivial, responsible, and successful global wine and spirits group. They are looking forward to bring in a professional Multimedia Designer to their marketing team. New role :

• Conceptualize, plan and execute the productions of multimedia content, such as social media graphics, animations, and videos, presentation decks etc.
• Designing and developing visual assets such as icons, logos, and branding elements for web applications.
• To coordinate various projects related to multimedia technologies development, which may include visualisation and imaging projects, application design and implementation, etc.
• To assist in designing, editing, and integrating digital content, graphics, animation,photography, illustrations, and other multimedia visualisation and imaging products.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to develop and implement design solutions.
• To design and develop content style and layout.
• To create proofs, prototypes, mock-ups, wireframes, user journey maps, and other visual aids.
• To create presentation and communication templates for promotional, developmental, and administrative needs.
• Tell compelling stories through graphics and its products & services in line with the overall brand development strategy and core values
• Handle the design from concept to final artwork
• Deliver creatives for campaigns and projects in a timely manner according to brand and visual guidelines.
• Work with cross-department colleagues for any additional ad hoc design tasks.

Requirement :

• A minimum diploma or above in multimedia design or related field
• A minimum of 3 years of proven working experience as multimedia specialist or similar role in any industry.
• Solid experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with 3D modeling and animation software, such as Blender or Maya, is a plus
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Social media native - Ability to keep up with latest design trends on social media
• A good aesthetic eye and stays up to date with web 3.0 contemporary art, graphic, and advertising trends.
• Strong visual sense, creativity and the ability to communicate complex ideas through visual mediums effectively, Self-motivated, resourceful and ability to work independently and manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Prior experience in startups / creative agencies, is a plus & its may be overtime work or rushing timeline sometimes.
• Strong interest in blockchain, NFT and/or the crypto industry.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) , Power point presentation design.
• skills is a must, preferred experiences and higher standard design skill, Preferred can speak and write in mandarin and English. Can provide a lot of creative design idea to Marketing head.
