• Achieve at least Degree in marketing, graphic design or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
• Preferable experience in Package Designing.
• Work as an Artwork Operator for Package designing.
• Must speak Mandarin fluently
• Prefer hands on experiences in Printing field with knowledge on Bulk Printing.
• Quality focus.
• Monday to Friday - Normal office hours
• Office mode job in CYBERJAYA

Responsibilities

• Ensures that change orders, artwork briefs and technical specifications are appropriate and complete before implementing the artwork creation process.
• Adheres to artwork production standards and SOP and maintains data accuracy in the artwork production and storage processes.
• Carries out all appropriate transactions and recording processes in the Artwork Management Systems and other computer software as necessary to maintain accurate and complete records of the progression and completion of artwork.
• Adheres to priorities and timelines for new and changed pack implementations, ensuring that any slippage or issues are escalated to appropriate levels of management and customers are fully informed of progress.
• Ensures that accurate and complete artwork is dispatched to the correct printers / component suppliers.
• Coordinates the production of artwork by any third-party suppliers, ensuring that standards are adhered to.
• Monitors and records own performance measures and participates in review of performance with the team and management, using operational excellence / lean sigma tools to improve KPIs and use of resources.
• Ensures that any quality compliance issues are promptly reported and investigated, and corrective actions are taken.
