• Any education program qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven qualification via portfolio. Junior or Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effetcs) is a bonus.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Good understanding of storytelling and visual communication techniques.Experience in video content creation is a bonus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and incorporate changes into designs.
• Fluent in English and Chinese

Tanggungjawab

• Develop creative concepts and design visually appealing graphic materials for both digital and print platforms, including brochures, posters, banners, social media content, and website graphics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into effective visuals.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and adherence to brand guidelines in all visuals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design and video content creation techniques to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of design deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Work closely with the creative team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Participate in marketing activities to achieve the objectives and goals of the department, together.
