• Good understanding of layout principles, color usage, and print-readiness.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and visual consistency.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Creative Studio team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in retail and promotional visuals, who enjoy turning ideas into effective 2D marketing materials for in-store activations and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual designs for point-of-sale materials (POSM), promotional collaterals, and campaign visuals.
• Execute layout designs for multiple formats including wobblers, standees, and shelf talkers.
• Prepare image retouching and visual refinements in accordance with brand standards.
• Ensure all artwork is packaged for production with correct sizing, bleed, dieline, and print specs.
• Provide support to internal teams with mockups, visual previews, and revisions.
• Maintain proper file structure, archiving, and adherence to studio protocols.
• Collaborate with the creative team and participate in ideation discussions.
• Role focuses exclusively on 2D graphic design. Structural and technical production are handled separately by other teams.
