About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Executive/Graphic Designer/E-commerce Specialist to join the team at Abrand Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, a leading food manufacturing company based in Taman Teknologi Cheng, Melaka. This full-time position will play a key role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising Managing the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and paid advertising Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends Collaborating with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement Assisting with the development and maintenance of the company's marketing materials, such as brochures, product catalogs, and website content

What we're looking for

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Social Media or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience/fresh graduates in a marketing or digital marketing role, preferably within the food or consumer goods industry Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, search engine optimization, and content marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
