will be responsible for producing visually compelling content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing strategies. This role involves working on a variety of projects including social media graphics, web assets, product packaging, marketing collateral, and internal branding materials. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative concepts for print and digital media
Design marketing materials including brochures, banners, social media posts, ads, infographics, and presentations
Create visual assets for websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design outputs
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project goals and audience needs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Assist with photo editing, retouching, and visual enhancement
Keep up with design trends and industry best practices
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
2 years and above of professional design experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout design
Experience designing for both digital and print platforms
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Good communication and time management skills
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus requirement):
Experience in corporate branding or agency work
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools
Motion graphics or video editing experience is an added advantage
Basic photography or illustration skills
