Your Role & Responsibilities

Mandarin Speaking , Reading & Writting - Mandatory

Develop visual designs and graphics for digital usage, including but not limited to social media graphics, email newsletters, web pages, e-brochures, presentations. Collaborate with product team members to conceptualize and create engaging designs that effectively communicate our brand, message, and products or services. Create designs that are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for target audiences and channels. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and ensure that designs are completed on time and within budget. Work with external vendors, such as printers or photographers, as needed to deliver high-quality designs. Keep up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and tools, and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology infrastructure meets business needs. Ensure that all designs comply with brand guidelines, design principles, and legal requirements. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and experience with various design software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc). Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition. Experience designing for digital channels, and knowledge of design best practices for each. Ability to think creatively and strategically to meet business goals. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Excellent copywriting skills with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
