JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to support Applecrumby's regional expansion and product diversification initiatives. As our Graphic Designer, you'll mainly work on creating eye-catching packaging for our diapers, wipes, skincare, and gift-with-purchase items, while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to bring designs to life. You'll also get the chance to flex your creativity on marketing materials like posters, newsletters, and social media visuals from time to time.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create original packaging designs for diapers, wipes, and skincare, adapting master concepts across different sizes and regional SKUs. Prepare production-ready files, including dielines, color specifications, and mock-ups, and manage revisions through to final approval. Collaborate with printers and suppliers to confirm materials, colors, and finishes, while reviewing proofs (digital and physical) to ensure print quality and accuracy. Design graphics for gift-with-purchase items, such as plush toys, keychains, and box inserts. Develop marketing collateral including posters, newsletters, and social media visuals to support product launches and strengthen brand presence.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Graphic design or a related field Proven experience in digital design, ideally within e-commerce or social media-focused roles. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc. A strong portfolio showcasing your creative range and attention to detail. Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities. A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
