Job Description

Job Title: Graphic DesignerKey Responsibilities:

Conceptualizing and Designing:

Create designs for both print and digital platforms such as websites, social media, brochures, banners, advertisements, and product packaging. Work with teams to understand their needs and come up with creative design solutions. Ensure that designs align with the brand's vision and goals.

Software Proficiency:

Use graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant tools to create visual designs. Stay up to date with the latest design trends.

Collaborate with Teams:

Work with developers, and marketing teams to integrate designs into larger projects. Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain consistency in design style and branding across all materials and platforms. Ensure design quality is maintained and is in line with project requirements.

Design Research and Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated on the latest graphic design trends, tools, and techniques. Use research to inspire and improve creative design work.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.). Strong attention to detail and creativity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication skills for discussing design ideas and feedback. Time management skills to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (not always necessary for fresh grads, but helpful). A solid portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
