Working Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Arrange text and layouts based on manuscripts. Incorporate graphics, illustrations, and diagrams into designs. Prepare files ready for print, including PDFs, ePDFs, and ePUBs. Ensure all content follows copyright and intellectual property guidelines. Keep design archives organized and back up work regularly. Assist with design and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Female candidates only. Secondary School, Diploma, or Degree in Art & Design, Graphic Arts, Multimedia, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Microsoft Office. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
