Job Scope (Responsibilities)

Develop creative visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, e-commerce platforms and product packaging. Design key visuals, posters, banners, brochures, and other promotional materials. Create and adapt brand assets (logos, icons, typography, color schemes) to maintain consistent brand identity. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into impactful designs. Prepare design files for print and digital platforms. Work on motion graphics or simple animations (bonus if skilled). Keep up-to-date with design trends, competitor styles, and innovative creative approaches. Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand guidelines, high quality, and completed within deadlines.

Job Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field. Proficient in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma). Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility in design styles. Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Ability to create both static and motion content for digital platforms. Detail-oriented with strong time management skills to handle multiple projects. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passionate about design, with willingness to learn and adapt to feedback. (Bonus) Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry is an added advantage.
