Graphic Designer - OptiSaver



Helping people see better starts with great design.

At OptiSaver, we believe eye care should be clear, accessible, and trustworthy for everyone. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring our brand to life through thoughtful, impactful, and consistent visual communication--across digital, retail, and community settings.

This is a hands-on creative role where your work will directly improve how customers understand eye health, navigate our services, and engage with our stores.

What you'll do



Deliver effective design across all channels


Create high-quality digital and print materials, including social media content, campaign visuals, posters, brochures, retail assets, website graphics, presentations, and educational materials.

Support a clear and consistent brand look


Ensure all design work aligns with OptiSaver's brand identity and maintains a professional, approachable, and accessible visual standard across all touchpoints.

Use AI tools to enhance and accelerate design work


Leverage tools such as Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, Midjourney, or similar to support ideation, visual exploration, prototyping, mockups, and efficient creative production.

Translate technical content into clear visuals


Collaborate with marketing, eye-care professionals, and store teams to simplify optical and medical concepts into easy-to-understand visuals for customers.

Support digital experience and SEO content


Design banners, webpage visuals, and landing page graphics that enhance user experience and support digital performance.

Campaign development


Support Festive Campaigns, CSR programmes, community screenings, eyewear promotions, and awareness initiatives by producing consistent and meaningful design materials, including campaign visuals, in-store materials, and customer-facing design booklets.

Maintain high design standards and efficient workflows


Manage files, follow brand guidelines, meet deadlines, and ensure all outputs are accurate and production-ready.

What you'll bring Must-have



Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2-3 years of relevant design experience are encouraged to apply. Strong sense of layout, visual composition, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with familiarity in AI-assisted creative tools. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Ability to manage multiple design requests and work effectively under tight timelines. Good communication skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

A strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, and positive working attitude, with respect for feedback, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


Nice to have



Skills in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar). Experience with SketchUp for 3D store layouts or visual mockups. Photography or videography experience. Experience in UX/UI, 3D, motion graphics, or medical / technical illustration will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
