Education: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including digital and print work.
Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to produce compelling visual content.
Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (optional but a plus).
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Create visually appealing graphics for both digital and print media, including illustrations, infographics, and marketing collateral.
Ensure design elements align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across diverse channels and projects.
Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and execute designs for a variety of platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and print materials.
Branding and Visual Identity: Create and maintain consistent brand identities for clients across all touchpoints.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align design projects with overarching goals such as marketing team, content creators, and clients to understand project objectives and deliver effective visual solutions.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for efficient design execution.
Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Incorporate stakeholder feedback to enhance design quality.
Stay informed about design trends, industry advancements, and competitor activities.
Communicate with clients to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.
Organize and maintain a well-structured file system for design assets. Conduct quality checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency.
To handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as tasked by Project Department or upper management.
