- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is a plus).
- Proficient in design, SEO, and e-commerce platforms.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Independent worker with own transport.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (XHS, FB, IG, TikTok, Google).
- Design marketing materials using Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Run and optimize ad campaigns on XHS, Google Ads, FB, and TikTok.
- Improve SEO and update property listings.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports.
- Competitive salary (RM 3,500 - RM 5,000 per month based on basic salary + commission).
