Deer Designer

provides

unlimited, high-quality graphic design

for a fixed price to startups and small businesses worldwide. We are a

100% remote, global team

focused on diversity and individual development, headquartered in London.

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced, imaginative designer with a strong focus on

UI/UX and modern digital design workflows

. You will integrate

Figma mastery

and

AI-enhanced workflows

to produce exceptional, business-focused digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities (Daily Digital Focus)

Design and execute high-fidelity

web pages, UI elements, and responsive design mockups.

Create foundational

branding and digital marketing assets

(email, social media, ads).

Interpret vague client briefs

and deliver creative, strategic solutions across multiple daily requests. Utilize

AI tools

(ChatGPT, MidJourney, etc.) to enhance ideation and speed up production.

Requirements:

We are looking for self-starters and digital design experts who meet the following criteria:

Experience & Expertise:

3-5 years

in web and graphic design, ideally in a remote agency setting.

Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles

and proven experience with

responsive web design

. A required

strong portfolio

showcasing

UI/UX skills

and web versatility (online portfolio, PDF, or Behance only)

Technical Stack:

Mastery of Figma

(including Auto Layout) is mandatory. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Cloud

(Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with or willingness to learn

AI design tools

(e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney).

Professional & Remote:

Advanced English

communication skills (writing/reading,

B2 level or higher

). Must be

locally based in Malaysia

for 100% remote work. Willingness to complete a

5-day paid Design Bootcamp

(trial work).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:

RM 1,800 - 3,000

Location & Schedule: 100% permanent remote work.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day

Time Off: 15 paid leave days

+ 10 unpaid days + 2 paid sick days (after 6 months tenure).
