Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Create compelling visuals and graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, and branding materials.
2. Edit, design, and produce creative outputs (images, static posts) for all social media platforms.
3. Collaborate with marketing, sales and events teams to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful designs.
4. Use industry-standard software (Canva, etc.) to execute designs and ensure they meet quality and brand standards.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines.
6. Work with internal teams to develop content strategies that align with organizational goals and target audiences.
7. Optimise content for SEO to improve visibility and reach.
8. Update website, LMS and app for each workshop cohort, following an existing template and SOP.
9. Update and maintain high-converting sales pages.
10. Optimise sales pages for mobile, SEO, and conversions.
12. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and relevance of content.
13. Be the key liaison person between the company and website developer / LMS developer.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a graphic designer / website with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
2. Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high design standards.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
