Job Description

Job Requirement - Groceries Clerk (Estate)



Responsibilities:



Assist in managing the estate's grocery store operations. Record daily sales, maintain stock levels, and ensure proper inventory control. Receive, check, and arrange goods delivered to the store. Ensure groceries are stored and displayed in a clean, safe, and orderly manner. Handle cash transactions and maintain proper records of sales. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and sales reports for submission to the Estate Office. Monitor goods nearing expiry and ensure proper rotation (POST system). Assist estate staff and workers in purchasing items as per company guidelines. Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the grocery store. Perform other related clerical or store duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:



Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. Basic knowledge of clerical work, inventory, or storekeeping. Able to perform simple accounting/cash handling. Computer literate (Microsoft Excel/Word) will be an added advantage. Honest, trustworthy, and responsible in handling cash and goods. Willing to be based at the estate and work in a rural environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
